Data Practices for Different Service Types
Private Events (e.g., weddings, corporate gatherings, private appointments): When you participate in a private event booked by a host, we collect your first name and email address solely to deliver your aura photograph to you. We do not use your individual aura photograph from private events for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes unless we obtain your separate, explicit written consent.
The host of the event grants us a limited license to use general event photography (such as candid shots of the event atmosphere or group photos) for our business marketing.
Pop-Up Services: When you engage our services directly at a public event or via our website, our standard data practices as outlined in this full policy apply, including the use of photographs for marketing purposes as described in the "Use of your Personal Information" and "Marketing and Promotion" sections of our Terms and Conditions.

Event Venue Address (for Private Event Services or Private Appointments)
Aura Photographs (individual photographs created with our aura imaging equipment)
General Event Photography (candid and group photos from events)
We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include: (a) submitting a booking inquiry or form; (b) sending us an email message; (c) submitting your payment information when ordering and purchasing services. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.
Use of your Personal Information
East Bay Aura collects and uses your personal information to operate and deliver the services you have requested.
East Bay Aura may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from East Bay Aura, such as upcoming promotions, pop-up events, or other services we think may be of interest to you, where permitted by law. For Private Event Services, photographs are retained for internal business records only, in line with the practices described in this policy;

Otherwise use your personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information.
Children Under Thirteen
East Bay Aura does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.
